Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy

We are only providing home delivery of books in all Pakistan on Prepaid orders only , We are continuing COD service again after long time but we are providing now only in City areas of Punjab,

Here are few terms and conditions you have to agree :

• COD may incur extra charges.
• Payments will be not refunded in any situation , except if we were unable to dispatch in 3 business days.
• No Return / Change in book will be accepted , kindly order with full attention.
• Pakistan Post / Courier will be responsible in case your parcel is missed or undelivered . You will call Pakistan Post helpline or relevant courier company and register complaints.
• No Refund in case of you paid some advance payment to cover delivery charges and you have to pay on delivery.
